The Balsillie School offers warm congratulations to PhD candidate Ousmane Diallo for receiving the doctoral Medal of Academic Excellence from Wilfrid Laurier University. The medal recognizes outstanding academic achievement, and will be awarded during Laurier’s Fall 2020 convocation ceremony.
Ousmane successfully defended his thesis, “Between Aspiration and Reality: Governance, the APSA and the Conflict in Mali” in June 2020. He will officially receive his degree during the same convocation ceremony.
